Otterly.AI Pricing (October 2026): Lite, Standard, Premium and the Add-ons That Change the Bill
Otterly.AI has three self-serve plans, Lite at $29 a month, Standard at $189 and Premium at $489, plus an Enterprise plan priced on request from 1,000 prompts. Annual billing takes 15% off. The headline prices cover four engines; Google AI Mode, Gemini and Claude are sold as add-ons, and they can change the bill more than the plan does. Every number here comes from Otterly's pricing page, read on 20 October 2026.
We make RankScope, a competing tracker, so read the comparisons with that in mind. We have kept Otterly's numbers exactly as Otterly prints them and shown our own in the same format.
The Short Answer
| Plan | Monthly price | Prompts | Engines included | Best for, per Otterly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $29 | 15 | 4 | "Solo marketers, and small teams" |
| Standard | $189 | 100 | 4 | "SMEs and small marketing teams" (marked Most Popular) |
| Premium | $489 | 400 | 4 | "Mid-sized companies & agencies" |
| Enterprise | Custom | From 1,000 | 4, plus add-ons | Large brands |
The four included engines are ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot. All plans track daily and include unlimited team members. A monthly/annual toggle at the top of the page applies a 15% discount for annual billing.
What Each Plan Includes
Lite: $29/month
The cheapest paid AI visibility tracker we have found with a published price. Lite includes 15 search prompts on the four engines, unlimited brand reports, brands and competitors, unlimited team members, one workspace, three recommendations a week, unlimited countries and languages, and 1,000 GEO URL audits a month.
What it leaves out: no API, no MCP access, no Agent Analytics, no Data Studio connector, and you cannot buy extra prompts on Lite. Fifteen prompts is enough to see whether AI engines name you for your most important questions, not enough to measure a category.
Standard: $189/month
The plan Otterly labels Most Popular. 100 prompts, unlimited workspaces and recommendations, and the features Lite lacks: API access (2,000 requests a month), MCP access (2,000 requests), Agent Analytics (200,000 events a month), a Data Studio connector and 5,000 GEO URL audits a month. You can add 100 prompts at a time for $99/month, up to 300 extra; past that, Otterly moves you to Premium.
Premium: $489/month
400 prompts, with higher limits on everything Standard has: 10,000 GEO URL audits, 5,000 API and MCP requests, 1 million Agent Analytics events a month and a personal onboarding session. Extra prompts are the same $99 per 100.
Enterprise: custom
Starting from 1,000 search prompts, with customisable prompt tracking, enterprise-grade compliance, single sign-on, custom payment options and terms, a quarterly GEO health check, personalised onboarding and a dedicated customer success manager.
The Add-ons: Where the Real Price Is
Otterly's add-on table is the part of the page most reviews skip. It matters because three engines many teams care about are not in the base price.
| Add-on (monthly) | Lite | Standard | Premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google AI Mode | $9 | $59 | $149 |
| Google Gemini | $9 | $59 | $149 |
| Claude | $29 | $109 | $439 |
| +100 extra prompts | Not available | $99 | $99 |
Billed annually, AI Mode and Gemini cost $93, $610 and $1,540 a year on the three plans, Claude costs $300, $1,100 and $4,400, and 100 extra prompts cost $1,020. Otterly notes that engine add-ons are fixed packages that cover up to 1,000 prompts.
The add-on price scales with the plan, so the bigger your plan, the more each extra engine costs. On Premium, adding Claude ($439) nearly doubles the bill.
Three worked setups
A small team that wants Google AI Mode. Standard plus AI Mode is $189 + $59 = $248 a month for 100 prompts on five engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot and AI Mode).
A brand that needs every engine Otterly sells. Premium plus AI Mode, Gemini and Claude is $489 + $149 + $149 + $439 = $1,226 a month for 400 prompts on seven engines.
A solo marketer on a budget. Lite plus AI Mode is $29 + $9 = $38 a month for 15 prompts on five engines. That is a cheap way to watch a handful of high-value questions, and nothing else.
Cost per 1,000 Answers
The fairest way to compare trackers is the number of AI answers each records for the money: prompts × engines × days. Using a 30-day month and Otterly's four included engines:
| Plan | Monthly price | Answers a month | Cost per 1,000 answers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Otterly Lite | $29 | 1,800 (15 × 4 × 30) | $16.11 |
| Otterly Standard | $189 | 12,000 (100 × 4 × 30) | $15.75 |
| Otterly Premium | $489 | 48,000 (400 × 4 × 30) | $10.19 |
| Otterly Standard, Agency Partner | $189 | 18,000 (150 × 4 × 30) | $10.50 |
| Otterly Premium, Agency Partner | $489 | 60,000 (500 × 4 × 30) | $8.15 |
| RankScope Starter | $49 ($39/mo billed annually) | 2,400 (40 × 2 × 30) | $20.42 |
| RankScope Professional | $149 | 18,000 (150 × 4 × 30) | $8.28 |
| RankScope Agency | $399 | 48,000 (400 × 4 × 30) | $8.31 |
Otterly Premium as an Agency Partner is the one setup in this table that beats RankScope on cost per answer, and we have left it in because it is true. Two things to weigh against it: Otterly's four included engines are Copilot where ours is Google AI Mode, and adding AI Mode to Premium costs $149 a month. With that add-on, Premium covers five engines for $638 a month.
Monthly or Annual?
Otterly's page states the discount as a percentage, "Annually 15% off", rather than printing every annual price. Applied to the list prices, a year on each plan works out like this:
| Plan | 12 months billed monthly | Billed annually (15% off) | Saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $348 | about $296 | about $52 |
| Standard | $2,268 | about $1,928 | about $340 |
| Premium | $5,868 | about $4,988 | about $880 |
These are our calculations from the 15% figure, so check the checkout total before you commit. The add-ons have their own annual prices (listed above), which are discounted by a similar amount: Standard's AI Mode add-on is $59 a month or $610 a year, a saving of $98.
Otterly's FAQ also says subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the account settings, which makes the monthly plan a reasonable way to test for a quarter before switching to annual.
Which Plan Fits Your Prompt Count
The plan question is mostly a prompt-count question, so start there.
- Write your prompt list first. Take the questions a buyer asks before they shortlist a vendor in your category: "best X for Y", "X vs Y", "how to solve Z". Count them before you look at plans, not after.
- Under 15 prompts: Lite covers it at $29. You will hit the single-workspace limit before the prompt limit only if you track more than one brand.
- 16 to 100 prompts: Standard at $189. If you need a few more than 100, you can add 100 for $99, but at 200 prompts ($288 a month) you are within $201 of Premium, which gives you 400.
- 101 to 400 prompts: Premium at $489. The step from Standard plus 300 extra prompts ($486 for 400 prompts) to Premium ($489 for 400) is $3, and Premium has higher API, audit and Agent Analytics limits, so Otterly's rule that heavy Standard users move to Premium costs you almost nothing.
- Over 400 prompts: Premium plus extra prompts at $99 per 100, or Enterprise from 1,000.
Then add the engines. If your buyers use Google AI Mode or Gemini, budget for the add-on on the plan you chose, not the Lite price.
Agency Partners
Otterly has no separate agency price list. Agencies subscribe to Standard or Premium and then apply for Agency Partner status. Partners get:
- More prompts at the same price: 150 on Standard instead of 100, 500 on Premium instead of 400
- Unlimited workspace management, with a separate environment per client
- Pitch workspaces for auditing prospects before they sign
- Custom, branded reports through Google Looker Studio
- A listing as an Otterly Agency Partner and joint marketing
- One invoice for all workspaces
For an agency that qualifies, the extra prompts are the biggest benefit: Premium goes from $10.19 to $8.15 per 1,000 answers.
What Older Pages Get Wrong About Otterly
When we checked other articles quoting Otterly's price on 20 October, the most common errors were:
- "About $99 a month." Several posts, including some of ours, quote Otterly at roughly $99/month. The current entry price is $29 and the most popular plan is $189. We are correcting our posts.
- "Three engines." The base plans track four (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot), with three more available as add-ons.
- Missing add-on costs. Most comparisons list Gemini and AI Mode as covered without saying they are extra. On Premium, the two together add $298 a month.
Who Otterly.AI Is a Good Fit For
- Solo marketers and small teams testing the category. Lite at $29 is the lowest published entry price we know of, and the one-workspace limit rarely matters at that size.
- Teams whose buyers use Microsoft Copilot. Copilot is in the base price on every plan; on most other trackers it is missing or Enterprise-only.
- Teams that want an API and MCP at mid-market prices. Standard includes both.
- Agencies that qualify as partners. The 500-prompt Premium allowance is strong value for tracking volume.
It is less of a fit if Google AI Mode is central to your buyers and you are on a large plan, because the add-on price climbs with the plan. Our Otterly.AI alternatives guide covers other options, and AI visibility tool pricing compares every vendor's current price on one page.

| RankScope Starter | RankScope Professional | RankScope Agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $49/mo, or $39/mo billed annually | $149/mo, or $124/mo billed annually | $399/mo, or $332/mo billed annually |

Where Otterly is ahead: a cheaper entry plan, Copilot included everywhere, Gemini and Claude available as add-ons, MCP access, and partner prompt allowances for agencies. Where RankScope is ahead: Google AI Mode included rather than sold separately, more prompts per dollar on the middle plan (150 at $149 against 100 at $189), and four engines on every prompt from Professional up without add-ons.
